With the support of DIGIHUB, the company successfully passed the first and most critical phase of its digitalization - strategic planning and securing grant funding for the modernization of its commercial processes and customer relationship management under the program “BG16RFPR001-1.012 Digitalization of Enterprises”.

DIGIHUB experts provided methodological support in planning new solutions:

• Development of a new Online Store: Investment in a modern platform that not only presents products, but also allows the entire purchase cycle - from choosing a square footage to finalizing payment.
• Introduction of a CRM system: Integration of customer relationship management software to synchronize information from the new online store with the work of sales consultants in our physical store.

DIGIHUB took over the full management of the administrative application process, including preparation of the project proposal and assistance until the signing of the grant agreement (GDP).

Thanks to the expert support of the hub, the company achieved a key strategic goal:

• 70% grant funding secured: The project has been approved, allowing Emko Parquet to launch its technological modernization and the construction of its new online store with minimal financial risk.
