DIGIHUB is a European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH), whose mission is to support small and medium-sized enterprises, start-ups and public organizations in the process of digital transformation.
We provide services such as digital maturity assessment, training, consulting, implementation of digital solutions, testing technologies before investment (Test Before Invest), as well as support for access to financing and partnerships.
A DIGIHUB client can be any organization that wants to develop or improve its digital capabilities. Our services are mainly aimed at:
- small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs),
- start-ups,
- public organizations.
To benefit from state-supported services, your organization must be registered in Bulgaria and meet the conditions of the Digital Europe program.
The process is easy and clear:
- You contact us via the contact form
- Our colleague will contact you and schedule a meeting.
- Together we fill out a questionnaire to assess digital maturity.
- Based on the results, we offer you an appropriate package of services.
The only mandatory requirement is to undergo a digital maturity assessment.
It is completed together with a DIGIHUB expert and takes about 10 minutes. The assessment allows us to understand your real needs and offer the most appropriate services.
Our events, information days and some of the trainings are open to everyone.
For individual services, consultations and packages with state support, the digital maturity assessment is mandatory, as it is a requirement of the European program and ensures the correct targeting of support.
DIGIHUB services are provided with 100% state aid, financed under the Digital Europe program.
The real market value of the services is clearly defined, but clients receive support in the form of a service package tailored to their level of digital maturity.

The duration depends on the type of services and the needs of your organization.
Some services, such as training and consulting, can be implemented within days or weeks, while more complex services with laboratory equipment (e.g. implementation of digital solutions or test environments) may require longer-term work.
DIGIHUB works with a network of partners – universities, scientific organizations, technology companies and experts with diverse expertise.
