“Infraconcept” Ltd. is an established leader in the design, supply and installation of modern facilities for the urban environment. With over 15 years of experience and a rich portfolio of over 600 products, the company is behind the implementation of hundreds of children's and sports playgrounds, park furniture and specialized pavements throughout Bulgaria. Through their brands MultiPLAY, MultiSPORT and Infrachim, they offer comprehensive solutions – from conceptual design to the final implementation of the facilities.
With the support of DIGIHUB, the company successfully passed the first and most critical phase of its digitalization – strategic planning and securing grant funding for the modernization of its production and commercial processes under the program “BG16RFPR001-1.012 Digitalization of Enterprises”, Operational Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027.
Challenge
In order to develop its business, optimize the management of its numerous projects and adapt to digitalization, Infraconcept identified a need to overcome several key technological barriers:
- Lack of automated control over the complex production cycles of specialized facilities.
- Need to modernize physical points of sale (POS) for faster and more accurate service.
- Need to build a professional digital channel for direct contact with investors and end customers.

Execution
The process started at the specialized training of DIGIHUB: "Up to 50,000 BGN grant for digitalization". There, the Infraconcept team received detailed information about the capabilities of the program “BG16RFPR001-1.012 Digitalization of Enterprises”, was introduced to financing opportunities, and saw real demonstrations of CRM and e-commerce solutions.
DIGIHUB experts provided methodological support in selecting the most effective technologies to be included in the company's investment plan:
- Manufacturing Management System (MES) for digitalizing production schedules.
- Point-of-Sale (POS) system for synchronizing sales processes with inventory.
- 400">E-commerce platform to expand market presence
DIGIHUB also took over the full management of the administrative application process:
- Preparation and submission of the project proposal.
- Full assistance in document flow with the managing authority.
- Methodological assistance until the signing of the grant agreement (GDP).
Results
Thanks to the expert support of the hub, the company achieved a key strategic goal:
- 70% grant funding secured: The project has been approved, allowing Infraconcept to launch its technological modernization with minimal financial risk.
- Clear implementation strategy: The company now has the necessary resources and a plan for automation of the production cycle and sales optimization.
